      Pros

      Great benefits, great working environment, great opportunity to move up. Flexible staff and hours. Amazing training opportunities through choice U.

      Cons

      Sometimes as a manager you have to stay late or work shifts that front desk agents call out of but other than that I see no cons.

      Simply not paid enough for the amount of work needed, and the level of service expected.
