      Pros

      Great salary, great hours, great environment, great location. Could potentially get the chance to see and work on some very interesting things.

      Cons

      A lot of the people have been here for 15+ years, so hard to feel comfortable in the beginning since everybody knows everybody already. Also, promotions are based on seniority primarily, so if you want to advance quickly, not the place no matter how hard you work.

      Pros

      Extensive training for new hires Work life balance highly stressed compensation and benefits on par or better than similar companies company culture and employees are supportive and generally very friendly management is there to help you

      Cons

      Extremely large fortune 500 company, sometimes you feel lost within the organization or don't know where to find things that are buried within the organization minor things are stressed to the point that you find yourself spending lots of work time not doing work but instead taking care of company mandates and whatnot.
