Pros

stock price & safety culture

Cons

I.T. Depts are too Outsourced, & the managers there view the short term approach of Budget reduction by Outsourcing back office I.T. jobs to Offshore Consulting Firms. They save lots in the short run and get paid bonuses, but at the same time, they relinquish ownership of their Tool Kits
