Pros

Great work life balance. 9/80 or 4/10 schedules are nice too.

Cons

Forced movement for new hires greatly impacts the company by removing key people in roles. Salary between San Ramon and Houston employees is the same which basically means San Ramon subsidizes the salary for those in Houston.

Pros

Very friendly and respect driven culture. Great benefits. Very competitive salary and benefits. Provide employees with choices for different schedules such as 9/80s and 4/10s

Cons

Very process driven and beauracratic culture. An enormous amount of old grizzled employees that have been promoted due to tenure only as opposed to good management skills.
