Pros

The pay and benefits are great, plenty of room to experience different areas of IT within the company. Co-workers are generally very helpful.

Cons

Their HR department can be very slow but this is typical with most corporations. The number of young people with both genders is very limited on both side especially females.

Pros

Management is sincere in walking the talk - believes in treating people well. 9/80 schedule really helps lifestyle work/home balance. Very professional and collaborative environment. Diversity is real and positive but not driven down people's throats.

Cons

S-l-o-w. HR is weak, disorganized, and siloed. Auditors have more power than line managers.

Pros

The values of the company are truly displayed by its employees, from administrative up to leadership. This is also reflected in the complete benefit package including salary, benefits, and worklife balance flexibility. It is competitive in how they treat employees, and cutting edge with their technology development and application.

Cons

Almost too willinig to adjust to individual employee needs, at the risk of business needs being met consistently. Very fast work pace, lots of change.
