      Pros

      Great benefits and stock plan. Flexible work schedule. Fabulous opportunity to participate with community events (Week of Caring, voulunteer, matching program).

      Cons

      Not all management personnel treat their teams the same. Each operating company seems to have their own way to accomplish the same objective - which is not always fair.

      Chevron pays alot of money and they have a good work environment that encourages innovative solutions to old fashioned problems.

      Cons

      Chevron does not give enough vacation time or fresh beverages to drink that will replenish my energy and decrease thirst.

      Pros

      Attention to and support of Work / Life Balance. 9/80 Work schedule - every 2nd Friday off. Opportunities to work international.

      Cons

      Salaries and Bonuses are not very competitive. Lack of diversity in middle management - middle management is dominated by caucasian, middle aged men. Lack of early career leadership development roles.
