Pros

8% match to 401k Pension Access to lots of training flexible working - but you do have come into office

Cons

1. Takes a long time to get promoted 2. Need to invest lots of energy and effort to progress your career 3. The company will need fewer employees to run the company in the future. Currently 35,000 employees, in 10 year, that number will be 20,000.
