      Pros

      Really good benefits. They have a great 401(k) match. The annual bonus is good if you are in a business that performs. They really embrace safety.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity to cross train or switch into different divisions within the company. If you are in Downstream and want to switch to Upstream its not easy.
