Pros

The people, both peers and management, are some of the nicest you'll ever meet. I think my managers truly cared about developing my career. The hours are great. The sand volleyball pit and gym were nice perks.

Cons

Slow, a lot of people are old, wish it were located in SF not in the suburbs

Pros

Great company, culture, and benefits. There is a lot of opportunity for training, traveling, and gaining experience in a wide variety of roles even in the IT Company.

Cons

Upwards mobility can be slower paced than at other companies especially since it takes time to learn about the energy business.
