freedom and democratic environment, good working space, located in central tokyo area, overseas biz trips chances, company training is good and effective

Cons

although it is a US company, due to located in Japan, the company has a deep impact of traditional Japanese culture especially business habits.

good work/life balance, good job security many god mentors for young employees management values people good culture a broad project profiles allowing you to work on many different projects

Cons

too many processes sometimes Chevron Way behavior is used as an excuse to whack down people not willing to let employee try different tasks. If you are good at one area, you might need to work on that area for very long
