      Suitable to work here if you are over 45+. As the pace is freaking slow.

      Cons

      If you want to progress further and learn more, this company is probably not the right choice for you. Strong nepotism and family-oriented companies cause a lot of toxic people within. A lot of workers will just bully you based on their tenure. Gender equality and respectful behaviour will not be shown here. Moder slaveries are real here. Males must do at least three times more of the workload than females and still get lesser pay than ladies.
