Pros

Major Energy company with great benefits and work/life balance. Salaries are well above avg and annual bonus is a great plus. Love working 9/80s, which you have a 3 day weekend twice a month.

Cons

corporate politics are above and beyond, but what do you expect for a large energy company. If you are not known, you will not move up in the company nor be selected for other positions.

Unpleasant experience

Pros

Easy work, opportunity to learn cashier skills and how to pacify angry customers. Most customers there were great people and made the job less unpleasant.

Cons

Disorganized, incomplete training, unprofessional, openly racist staff and management, work related questions are not answered, disrespectful treatment, illegal activities (like not giving lunch breaks for 8 hour shifts)
