      Pros

      Multiple career paths with a variety of opportunities to grow. Intellectually stimulating work that has an impact. Intelligent people who treat each other with respect. Chevron "walks the talk" regarding our values and the Chevron Way.

      Cons

      The decision-making process can drive some people batty, but the result is good decisions overall.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to work on big capital projects. Each person has alot of room for advancement at their pace according to ability. Good work / life balance emphasized by my supervisors and managers. Everyon's safety is a priority in all things done both in the office and in the field. Great retirement plan although it is alittle less great for newer employees starting out now, at lease it is stable and solvent. Medial plans available are better than many places.

      Cons

      You are stuck awhile if you get a bad supervisor. Less flexibility being an employee versus a contractor employee.

      Pros

      They are a top tier company. Benefits are great. 401k contributions are top of the line. Health, wealth, and wellness are very important to the company. Many benefits in all three of those areas. Great bonuses that start out as 10% of your total salary if brought in out of college.

      Cons

      Only con would be working for a major corporation and if you wouldn't fit in with a major company. It's a very large scale organization with a lot of moving parts, which could take time to get everything done.
