Nice work environment, my colleagues were very collaborative. There are also good career opportunities.

Bureaucracy, there is a lot of time wasted on administrative tasks that are not work-related.

Pros

The paycheck is really good, there are some benefits associated with working there and you can learn a lot about how the Oil is obtained, and used.

Cons

There are some things that doesn't make any sense and the leadership can't explain either, for example, I was not allowed to work from home because those were the HR local policies, but my direct manager (from US) told me to work from home every day if I wanted.
