      Unmatched benefits, including PTO, sick time, 401k match and immediate vesting, pension (a rarity these days)

      Cons

      Culture is still old school as is oil & gas industry. Promotions only happen once a year. Officially, one can only apply to a new job twice in a year, which can deter growth.
