Pros

High salaries, albeit lower than most other energy companies. Lots of opportunities for professional and technical development. Good work life balance with 9/80 and 4/10 schedules. Expat opportunities. Feedback rich.

Cons

Value changing jobs every 2-4 years which causes a lot or turnover that can be frustrating - loss of continuity.
