Pros

Company pays well, great benefits, good work-life balance, and the people are amazing.

Cons

The company is moving HQ to Texas so most folks in California will be out of a job soon. Layoffs seem to occur every 5 years which can be stressful if your team is impacted.

Company culture is great Feedback culture is encouraged Office is always clean Hybrid sched 2x rto 3 wfh Weekends off Worklife balance except for month end

Cons

Depending on the role but long hours on month end Too many initiatives that they cause stress for employees Adhoc tasks sometimes overshadow actual work desk Benefits could be better
