The boss is super chill.

They don't pay anyone that isn't a manager a decent salary at all. Heck, no one has college degrees that work there and everyone is mostly paid hourly.

Pros

While I was in school, I worked part-time at Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC in Nashville. They understood I couldn't always be there, but when I was, I made sure to work hard.

Cons

Some of my coworkers were only there for the paycheck, so it felt like I was always picking up the slack they were leaving, but other than that, it was a great job with no cons.
