I genuinely liked working with most service advisors, porters, and managers. They were mostly kind, supportive, and friendly as long as you did your work without complaining.

Cons

Upper management gave zero communication to the porters over scheduling, day-to-day tasks, etc. You often do tasks that aren't necessarily 'Porter jobs' as well.
