      Too much politics Biased towards non Israeli employees Raise and growth only if you are from IL. Benefits are not equal and there are no policies, if you know ppl you can make your own policies. Not and equal opp employer No recognition & growth

      Pros

      NERA is a top firm, mostly nice people who are very intelligent. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The Information Resources Team is a toxic environment due to the senior management who cannot manage and expect too much. The job is way too stressful due to the management‘s verbally abusive approaches and lack of ability to train well. Their approach gaslights the staff into thinking they are to blame when it’s the management themselves that are the problem. The high turnover of staff says it all. Avoid at your peril!
