      Pros

      Fine work environment, open communication, very good professionals, innovation is encouraged. Relaxed and charismatic local management, always open door for talk. Good ramp-up for juniors. Room to grow if you work hard. Minimal bureaucracy, escalations are fast and mostly effective.

      Cons

      Little investment in people development, you learn on the job, anything else is on you. Top management is disconnected to people's needs and delivery. Workload is very high. Culture gap with HQ is very big, like different worlds. Policies need clean-up and fixes, some are completely missing.

      Pros

      Once a year, Ceragon's employees can stop the daily marathon for 2 days, and work in groups to create new and wonderful ideas. The innovation festival (called Innovfest) is a true celebration!

      Cons

      All Ceragon's employees always work hard! Work never ends here, although work/life balance is quite good.
