You are able to touch and learn a lot of subjects. Employee's in Ceragon are improving their skills at a short time while touching new technologies and always stay at the edge of the market.

Cons

Ceragon is a HW company. It is not suited for young engineers looking to work on the SW most new technologies such as cyber security and big data.
