Great Working Enviroment Supportive Management It's a small company however work culture is extremely good. Leadership team is good and hear problems of teams. Even the teams outside India is very co-operative and sensitive to teams issues and they speakup to management for resolving. Good Work life balance

Cons

Salary Package is bit low Growth is an issue however they have a policy of inter-departmental transfer and International relocations also.
