The company struggles with talent retention as there is no clear policy or strategy in place for keeping high-performing employees. Salary increases are practically non-existent, and bonuses remain extremely low even during highly profitable years. This lack of recognition and reward creates a demotivating environment for employees. Moreover, employees are expected to work relentlessly, with little to no regard for work–life balance. The heavy workload combined with the absence of supportive policies results in high levels of stress and burnout across teams. In addition, the company relies on outdated information systems, which force staff to spend a significant amount of time on manual tasks. This inefficiency not only slows down processes but also prevents employees from focusing on higher-value work. Overall, the absence of investment in people, technology, and employee well-being reflects poorly on the company’s long-term vision and competitiveness.

Newly set head office in Bangalore which is very poorly managed by HR & departmental heads who operates from Bangalore. HR is very biased towards the managers and not employee friendly. Has certain toxic traits like micro-managing, poor financial benefits during appraisals. Company has no bonus policy which is not communicated well during hiring. Use of very old applications which delays the work done. No scope of learning & moving up the ladder.
