Pros
The company is pretty flat. The management keeps it as a goal to be cooperative with the employee, at least in my department. From the VP to the direct manager, it is personal, easy and pleasant to work with people here. Another pro is the way Ceragon listens to the employees. It seems like there is a lot of attention revolving employees experience (there is even someone whose job title is "employee experience manager")
Cons
The company is large and as such it is sometimes a burden to overcome technicalities in the logistic level. This is due to outdated regulations by some people in charge. This mostly expresses itself with IT
