Having my own office was the only plus for this job.

Absolutely dreadful experience. The office culture is toxic, with employees and managers alike engaging in relentless gossip and backstabbing. The pay for property management work is embarrassingly low, considering the amount of stress and effort required. Steer clear of this company if you value your sanity and financial well-being. No room for growth with no benefits.
