      Pros

      Has been operating for many years within the Fraser Coast area and has a large rental portfolio. Is very strict with tenants regarding compliance with rental obligations and expectations. Great for protecting owners investments.

      Cons

      Whilst protecting owners investments, there is a lack of compassion for the stress they cause tenants and are happy to inform them that they are easily replaceable. Very toxic workplace, high staff turnover due to bullying.

      Pros

      frequent brief meetings with the broker, providing important updates in real estate world - he goes to these calls and meetings and gives us the highlights so we stay knowledgable and don't have to spend our time doing it.

      Cons

      I dont have any yet. It has the pitfalls of being virtual, but that was something I chose to do.
