They're web site for employees, while a bit complicated and frustrating at times, is very informative and offers a lot of tools for you to advance your knowledge of the market .

Cons

As with any real estate, job you are often at the mercy of the market and of course competition is extremely high.

Cons

Do not offer job growth or advancement. Wages are low. Do not hire too many people over the age of 40. Communication from Management is very poor.
