The parent company is AWFUL! They have zero idea on how to manage all the competing franchise organizations they own and house in the same office. They are a disaster financially. They are out of date, out of touch and just a giant mess...I can't even properly describe it.

Not all Brokers have their heads out of their arse yet. This particular Broker has some very antiquated beliefs.
