Flexible hours, access to multiple offices with good quality equipment, involved in community programs to help spread the company name

Good support and training. Large international presence.

Cons

Its real estate sales. No matter how much they prattle about 'quality service' you don't get paid or rewarded for it. It helps to be a bit of a narcissist. It can take years to get established. If you love sales and would do it even without getting paid. Go for it. You'll do great.
