It all depends on the mentoring/coaching you receive from management.

Disappointing experience working at Century 21.

Pros

The support staff was very helpful in supporting and explaining the back office side of the transactions even though they were over worked and poorly compensated.

Cons

This franchise had high franchise fees for every transaction they process regardless of the amount of the contract. Also, even though the broker claimed they were a non-competing broker, they directly competed.
