      Flexible schedules, unlimited potential earnings, lots of training, well known name brand, customer trust, networking opportunities

      Cons

      high start up costs, expensive advertising, long hours, work on weekends, not everyone is offered health benefits

      Pros

      The community of this company is amazing! My manager is my best friend, her dad is the CEO. It's a fun environment and very friendly.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth as staff. Very very low compensation, pretty boring if you have any skills or drive.

      Pros

      I enjoy the daily recorded inspiration messages. Broker available in office most days. Office staff helpful and organized. Lot's of free activities including meals at various planned venue's. The office is located right by a canal, and has a great water view.

      Cons

      Agent vs Agent Sales brings out the worst in some agents. I shared a listing with an agent who shut me out of my first closing.
