      Pros

      Neil is one of the best brokers I've worked for. His knowledge and company structure provided me with the tools to close deals. I had been in real estate for a few years before I came to Masters, and that is where I really learned to sell and close deals.

      Cons

      The commission split could be more competitive and the Walnut office in not in the best location and needs updating.
