      Great place to work, the training program is top notch and has millions of dollars backing it.

      Pros

      They are the number one recognized realty company out there so, to me....guilty by association. The leadership is amazing as well as they are always giving free classes to improve yourself.

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of. Realtor's are the true con in this instance, not the company. Prepare to be cut down the back for commission. I think I read somewhere that most realtors are only in real estate for an average of 3 years. I completely understand why now.

      Coworkers were generally friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Upper management was not nice to work with. I have been berated by them several times. Save yourself some headache and stress and don't work here.

      Just a great work environment and lots of training. I also like that we receive leads and floor time!

      Hard to starting off as a new agent with any company but just have to find your niche!
