Pros

Great place to work. Great atmosphere and great agents, the agents and broker are always ready and able to help you with anything.

Cons

Well it is 100% commission based job, it takes time to build your business and make a wage that you can live on. You have a lot of time and money to get advertise you are an agent. There is a financial commitment to being an agent so keep that in mind before you quit your job and become a full-time agent.

The independent branch owner were very involved in training new agents and supportive in all transaction.

Cons

All marketing cost is the agent's responsibility. The branch does almost no local marketing at all and only rely on Century21.com
