Only Good for High School Students

Pros

If you're working at one of the complexes your day will go by fast. Coworkers were very friendly. Quite easy to get certain days off.

Cons

New employees need a more thorough training. Don't just train them to work at the register complexes when they will later on be working in a different department after the initial training. Pay should be higher for actual work that we did. It wasn't worth minimum wage.

Nice offices and training facilities. They take the time to make sure you are compliant with the State.

Cons

Mentoring could be better, you are told to do a few things that only work if you have money, otherwise you need to learn on your own.
