Pros
Century 21 is a internationally recognized brand. They have many tools available to the agents via their intranet site. They do a decent job of recognizing their agents for quality service.
Cons
Because Century 21 is such a huge company, its mode of operation with regard to it's agents is sometimes a bit rigid. They get too much input from the brokers and not enough input from the agents who are actually in the trenches producing for the brand.
