The corporate brand recognition attracts clients. For experienced agents moving into a new market, you can get leads and leverage the brand to establish yourself.

Cons

8% fees off the top, in addition to your negotiated commission split, is not worth it. Good luck getting a cap. The training isn't adequate for new agents.
