Decent split. Some of the other agents very helpful and kind to a new agent.

Cons

Outdated software and website. Poor, bare bones audio modules serve as your "training". Very little one on one support. Difficult to contact/ speak to Mgmt. Not a good place to start if new to the business.

The local owners want the best for their associates and employees. They make sure it's a fun and productive environment. Everyone who works there is upbeat and positive.

Cons

Like all small businesses there are very few benefits for employees. The owners do try to make up for it with lots of flexible time off.
