Pros

This office allows its agents to thrive. The resources made available are amazing. There are no expectations of being in the office a certain number of hours or attending bi-weekly meetings. Although the meetings always offer excellent material. I enjoy going to the office and my fellow agents. Most are successful producing agents, which drives me to perform at the highest level. But without pressure from managing brokers to perform at a certain level.

Cons

There is not a single negative opinion of this office.
