I really liked the staff - everyone was friendly and helpful when needed. We had plenty of leads to work with. Plus, it was one of the larger leasing companies in the area.

Cons

Could use more education for new agents. Not too much to say negatively. Your success depends on your efforts and skills.

Very unorganized with no structure. Horrible benefits...the worst I have ever seen...it's like paying to not have any coverage.
