      Pros

      Great management, nicest boss to work for. Work environment is very friendly and flexible. Fun and supportive team. Good work life balance. Lots of opportunities if you like taking initiative but you would have to come up with these yourself.

      Cons

      After awhile there is really not much of a learning curve. Also more like a figure things out yourself environment. No evaluation or feedback. Salary does not change much.

      Pros

      Well know brand, good admin support, reasonable commissions, towards the end a much better and structured training programme, good awards nights and annual ball.

      Cons

      Commission only, no base salary. Additional marketing levies, no paid leave and long working week but this seems pretty consistent with the industry not just Century 21
