Pros

Call monitors don’t count for the first 3 months.

Cons

The first days of training they are already hitting you with scorecard metrics. You have to get 90 percent or better on 8 quality monitors per month which is outrageous. They instill fear in you from day one. They worry us about choosing the right intent on the call screen or your attendance. Which is important but we have no sick time. We do have vacation time. Then the three points ur allowed if u miss. It’s crazy. Also you have to have your camera on during training and they have observers to make sure u are paying attention . Talk about intrusive.

Benefits are decent, but you have to jump through hoops to get a "discount" on med insurance premiums.

Cons

Unable to keep staff working in a national emegency due to lack of equipment and poorly trained IT dept.
