Amazing team Good work life balance Decent compensation Easy, lax job as long as you keep up with your productivity

Cons

Upper leadership (CEO, VPs, etc) does not care about the little guys. Next to nothing is ever done to show appreciation for employees. No bonuses, little raises while they continue to line their pockets… Sunshine Health specifically is a sinking ship. Lost one contract and they are constantly laying people off.
