working from home and being able to work remotely.

Cons

Management is fear based, NON-Communicative, unrealistic expectations, techs are treated horribly, pharmacists are allowed to mark on your metrics even if they go back and say they were in the wrong-HIGH STRESS, NO COMMUNICATION WHEN IT COMES TO LEADERSHIP.
