      Health Benefits, onsite clinic, onsite pharmacy, onsite cafeteria and covered parking are all great. The perks are the selling point to Centene.

      Cons

      No communication. Lack of accountability and general lack of motivation to be efficient. Management has lack of experience and skill to lead a team. Very disappointed as the company has amazing potential.
