      Pros

      Centene is a company that takes care of its employees. Having worked specifically with Envolve People Care within Centene, I have been well supported and encouraged to grow in the company. The pay and benefits are good, and I really like the people I work with.

      Cons

      The workload can sometimes be demanding and OT required. I would like to see the company give more telecommuting opportunities, flexible schedules, and overall support work-life balance for its employees.
