Working in customer service is great place to gain experience. The pay is good for the position. The location is nice and building is new.

Cons

The management is not the best. The work is very repetitive and there does not seem to be much opportunity.

Pros

Great pay and schedules. Most departments offer flexible schedules. Everyone is nice. If you can get into a good department with people that has great work ethics this company is a really good company to work for. Has locations all over the US. Some positions allows you to work from home which is a huge plus.

Cons

Highschool gossip. Most people gets positions based on who they know and not what they know.
