$$/paid holidays/7days of sick leave/ allowed to work part time jobs elsewhere in addition to your full time position/ very flexible in relative policy(you can work with close family members)

Cons

health insurance is not- good high end deductible no annual leave paid or unpaid unless you take a month off at a time unpaid cliques favoritism
