Nothing especially posditive comes to mind at the moment.

Cons

Forced to take vacation time for company closures due to weather events. Low pay for expected job duties. Don't listen to employee concerns. Refuse to provide pay stubs to employees, despite numerous request to do so. Hourly employees expected to work off the clock.
